Less than 1 star yet only way to leave a comment. Upon first move everything was going well. Summer 2025 brought gnats from the kitchen and bathroom sinks. Autumn 2025 a horrible smell of gas from downstairs apartment. No one else alerted any neighbors or management of a gas leak!! Spring 2026 air conditioner out and blowing hot air. Contacted office and told maintenance would take a look. No one came to diagnosis the air conditioner issue.
