Good location, but the HOA is awful! They're focus is on looks but not safety in multiple capacities. If you try to make it safer yourself they will stop you. They allow overgrowth that houses multiple pests to include rats, raccoons, wasps and carpenter bees. It also grows into your parking spaces. Spaces are not properly marked yet they issue warming to tow immediately if anyone mistakenly parks in the wrong spot. We've lived in Oakbrook for many years, and in our opinion it's one of the best condo communities in Western New York. The grounds are spacious and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and responsive. And the neighbors in our building are wonderful.
Wonderful Atmosphere! Kind & Courteous Staff as ALWAYS! Very Clean Bathrooms & Locker rooms! Pool was Pristine 💜
