Where do I start? For years, Oakbrook cleaners was our go to place for dry cleaning. Although fairly high priced, Carlos and Louis were pleasant, courteous and did an excellent job on my wife’s and my clothing. However, something has happened over the last 6 to 8 months. A number of my wife’s fine clothing were either shrunk down so they could never be worn again, clothes came back with the stains still in them and silk blouses came back burned from over steaming or steaming too close. Cleaners Ruined a formal party dress, stripped the color and refused to give the item back after credited for half its worth. Terrible customer service, so rude!!
