Has a new name Pine Ridge Apartments: good choice for your first apartment. they are slowly updating the property with new carpets in the hallways. The apartments themselves, they have spacious rooms. all utilities included except cable/internet, and electricity. This place is a dump! The manager is also the useless maintenance man. They turn off the heat in March just because it's warm during the day. Then you freeze when he can't get the "ancient" boiler fan to work. The refrigerator is right next to the stove. So when you cook, you heat up the fridge and it has to run all night. The fridge was junk to begin with. Had to complain to the owner before we got screens on the windows. The maintenance guy said he didn't have any. After we complained they magically appeared. Nasty trash in there cops are there 8 times a day and cps eveyone there is on drugs and needs help..And needs new owers...
They suck no screens on Windows all drama nothing but loud people no respect so glad I moved
