The complex is under new management and it has really made a difference. The managers name is Terrie and she is absolutely the sweetest woman I ve ever met. Under her, this place has really been fixed up. We have never had an issue with bugs or crime. The tenants are very nice and largely family oriented. The pool has been redone as has the basketball court and there is a playground in the process of being built. I lived here for a year. Management was awful. They enter your apartment when your not there and dont even leave a note to let you know someone was in there. It took more than a month for them to fix my air conditioner which broke at the beginning of july. The laundry room is always filthy. I didnt have a pest problem in the building that I lived in but many of the buildings are infested with roaches. And stay away if you have pets! The pet deposit is \$400!!!!!
Terrible place. We moved to this place for 3 reasons. The a/c in our other place was unlivable with kids, it was close to the u/a, and they had a 3 bedroom open so we could move fast. Don t make the same mistake we did. The place is infested with bugs and all they do is spray a couple of mists of boric acid. Not helpful. The average temp is 90+ in the apartment, that is after staying on top of management for months about the a/c never kicking off and other issues. LINDSEY OWNS THIS GOD FORSAKEN PLACE. This place is trash. I woudnt let any of my family members live in this place at all cost. You have to be really hating somebody to sugest this filthy place. Their manager KELLI CORMER is the worst mgr. She is a two-faced monster. Shell persuade u to sign but once u sign then she screws u with all kinds of bullshit. these apartments are NASTY. and the manager is very shitty i only get paid every two weeks and she said she would work with us bull we ended up getting alot of late fees and its \$10 a day that you are late. our air conditioner messed up and they have been out here 3 times to fix it and it still doesnt work right. make sure you have a alarm on your car the 1st month we lived here 3 people had stuff stolen out of their cars. These apartments are run down and the management allows anyone to move in, as long as they pay their rent by the third. Otherwise, theyre out after three days. This means that there are some very gross people- gross as in nasty, unclean, dirty- living here. The Rid-A-Pest guys say this is the only place they cant get rid of the huge cockroaches.
