The maintenance man is the laziest dude you will ever see. Just to get the record straight he smokes on the porch of the office or watches tv in there. I don’t even know how this dude draws a check when he doesn’t do anything. Two golf carts are used by the maintenance and 9/10 times they’re parked at the office. I had to buy my own shower head because they “had to order one.”
Whole building is infested with cockroaches. Management wouldn’t do anything to help. It shouldn’t be the residence problem to try to treat for an infestation. Pest control came out once a month but when I told him about my problem he just put down powder and said it should help. it did not! Covid made it so the problem got worse since no one was coming out to “spray” I do not recommend living here at all.
It doesn't even deserve a 1. Beware. Don't expect any maintenance to be done
The price for a studio is $305, price for a one bedroom is $350, the price for a two bedroom is $405. Those prices are per month, and they do NOT include utilities, or cable. You have to find your own contracter. No pets allowed, no satellite TV allowed. Oakbrook are some of the oldest apartments in Fort Smith. They are in horrible condition, the maintenance is a joke, and the tenants are violent. If possible find somewhere else! These apartments and their services are NOT worth it. Lindsay management is terrible!!!
The complex is under new management and it has really made a difference. The managers name is Terrie and she is absolutely the sweetest woman I ve ever met. Under her, this place has really been fixed up. We have never had an issue with bugs or crime. The tenants are very nice and largely family oriented. I lived here for a year. Management was awful. They enter your apartment when your not there and dont even leave a note to let you know someone was in there. It took more than a month for them to fix my air conditioner which broke at the beginning of july. The laundry room is always filthy. I didnt have a pest problem in the building that I lived in but many of the buildings are infested with roaches. And stay away if you have pets! The pet deposit is \$400!!!!!
