My son acquired his own policy through another, much cheaper, company, yet they added him to my policy as a non driver and it raised my payment over 100 a month. Just found out the agent back dated the changes to last August. What a crook.... stay away from Ashley Fordham. She fed me lies and never told me this would all be back dated. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I was with Oakbridge for over a decade (my former brokerage firm merged with them) and I always questioned if I they were properly shopping my insurance at renewal to ensure I got the best rates. This year they came back with over a 60% increase on my combined Traveler's Auto, Home & Umbrella insurance. We tried to get in touch for over 2 months after selling a home and needing to end a policy. We finally had to reach out directly to Travelers customer help to have it cancelled. Travelers told us, they have had numerous complaints from this agency. We've since changed brokers.
