Hi everyone I wanted to leave this review to warn people so you won't be in my current situation.. First i thought it was a miracle. I got approved in like 30 mins. So if you need a place to stay ASAP use discernment bc they are really nice. NOW PAY ATTENTION. First the $500 total move in is not total. You pay app and admin separate plus $500. She took the time to learn about me as a person instead of rushing things along. It is a safe and very well managed community. Cece and Stacy are the best staff I ever met, they really care about my concerns and work with me to the very detail to resolve them. I dont usually leave comments for online service/product, but their service is beyond exceptional so I guess I should share and hope it is helpful for those who are finding a good place to stay with their family.
