I've been a patient of Dr. Joe Anzaldua of OakBend Family Physicians for over 10 years. He is very friendly and personable and provides excellent care.
Absolutely deplorable experience. I am still at a loss for words by the unacceptable and abysmal treatment we received here today. We had an appointment to be seen at 1:30pm -- we arrived to the office at 1:17pm to find the office doors locked. Upon looking inside, at least three people could be seen sitting at the front desk. Just looking at us. There was NO sign on the door indicating why the door was closed or what time it would be opened. We thought maybe they were taking a late lunch, but NOT ONE person came to tell us ... read more
