It's a great apartment complex. Neat, well maintained and modern. The fitness center has a good mix of exercise machines. The management is pretty responsive and fast.
The entire time I’ve lived here management has been unable to fix two of the three the entrance intercoms. So somehow people can get into the property to steal bikes from the bicycle storage room, but not to deliver residents’ food orders or packages. Building management doesn’t even know how to re-program the intercoms, the third intercom just broke this week. The other reviews about terrible management are true. I showed up here yesterday, after scheduling a showing online for 4:30pm. No one answered the door or the phone. I stood outside for 10 minutes, decided that this is exactly the kind of management I don't want to pay for and left. Also, the neighborhood is terrible.
Apartment manager Melinda Jeger is unhelpful and unresponsive to complaints of stolen packages. It seems that residents from previous years have also complained about stolen packages. So it's evident that the management had always been terrible about this issue. Rent is relatively cheap at this place compared to nearby apartments, but there's a reason. Surrounding area is dirty and you hear people screaming throughout the night outside.
