Rent went up $200 a month, for the worst apartments in Graham. Way nicer places can be found for the same price.
They just raised the rent by 200.00
I gave a 1 star I lived at oakwood village for a year I paid my rent on time every month besides the last 3 months all because Tiffany wouldn't renew my lease or let me do month to month or tell me why it was mold in my apartment the maintenance man came and sprayed a can of paint on it.. the upstairs apartment had a real bad leak so everything leaked down to my apartment nobody came to check anything so here goes some more mold all he did was sprayed it and it came right back before I moved even the maintenance men told me ... read more
