Not my experience but to have absolutely no power, water, anything after August 10th storm and no staff.. you need to be shut down and every employee from top brass to low man fired and charged with elderly abuse and neglect
The management and staff of this residence are very rude and unhelpful.
I live here and the staff is rude. Nothing gets done. Lock the trash so senior with disabilities have to take trash out side on ice, rain and snow. They locked each us out of main floor bathrooms and as you know a lot of seniors have blather problems. We have to go to our apartments to use the bathroom. We do not have a lot of freedom.
Terrible place can't have visitors or u will be threatened to move pretty pathetic place if you ask me
