For starters I wasn't able to move in until a week into my first month of pay for the reason of getting it ready, but multiple parts of the wall were coming undone and ceiling bits coving the bathroom floors. Jerry, the landlord, came into my apartment at 7:40 in the morning whilst I was asleep and knocked on my bedroom door telling me he brought the plumbers he said he'd bring "tomorrow" not letting me know a time let alone the morning. Overall, these apartment complexes were not that bad. Best part was the location. Being away from Highway 6 or Norris Ave and directly south of the hospital, this made the complex a quiet place to live. Professional people such as teachers and healthcare workers live here, so you hardly have any rift-raft renters. Down part is the appearance, both inside and outside. STAY AWAY!!!! I’m looking to move to McCook and came across the apartments. Went to the office to ask for a tour and Jerry said yes. Before we even got into the building we were trying to make conversation about the pool, jerry said it was closed for good. We asked what happened to the pool and he snaps back “does it matter? I said I was closed for good!” Jerry was incredibly rude and definitely lost business today.

I lived here for 2 years. Jerry and his wife were excellent landlords. The apartment complex is very reasonably priced. I enjoyed staying here. No complaints on my end.
