HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT, EVERY PERSON THAT WORKS HERE IS BEHIND RUDE AND CONDESCENDING. ESPECIALLY (““BREANNA”)) THEY WILL TOW YOUR VEHICLE THE FIRST CHANCE THEY GET IF YOU DO NOT GIVE THEM THE MONEY THEY REQUIRE FROM YOU TO PARK. THE MAINTENANCE MAN IS AN OLDER BLACK MALE WHO IS OUT OF THIS WORLD RUDE. THE PROPERTY MANAGERS MAKE YOU FEEL AS IF YOU ARE WRONG FOR REPORTING THINGS THAT NEED TO BE FIXED WITHIN YOUR OWN LIVING QUARTERS. I arrived at this place while pregnant, my baby was born and grew up there for 10 months, I say this because the place is quiet to live with your family, the neighbors are nice and I honestly would have liked to stay longer but for work we had to leave, maintenance It is very efficient, it is true that the apartments are a little old but there is nothing that prevents you from living there or puts your safety or that of your family at risk, it is close to everything and I loved that 😁

I love living here its a small complex and I must say the maintenance guys are top of the line so friendly and at your beck and call. Everybody here knows everyone it's like a Oakview family! I love it
Have been trying and trying to get the manager on the phone. Never returns my phone calls when I leave messages on the answering service. I was really interested in renting a one bedroom apartment and saw on the website there was one available. Drove to the office between the hours it says they are open on the door and guess what?
