The roaches in the complex is a big problem. Since there are nasty tenants in the area before, the roaches goes everywhere. Oh and they don't know how to turn off the heater. Had to go to the hospital for heat stroke TWICE. Keep it up
Manager Jessica Fiske does show care and concern of the tenants when you call her with a problem she gets the problem solved. Jessica is the best Manger I have came in business contact since I've been here at Oakview complex
Management doesn't seem to care about tents requests or complaints. The interior or exterior of the complex. Just the rent
Oak park worker won’t give u your parking ticket your car will get towed . The response is I have to see what my manager will do please be careful with this company.
