I felt like I was turned away before I even made it to the door! I'm new to the area and my insurance rep suggested here for a new PCP. I went to check out the driving distance and the office today, to see if they were a fit for us. A gentleman that didn't identify himself came out and met me in the parking lot, asked what I was doing there. I explained the above and pointed to the medical office sign.
