We recently had a patio, stairs, and walkway completed. We are beyond thrilled at the outcome. We are sooo pleased and excited about the outcome. It looks absolutely amazing and we are hanging outside as a family, more than we ever imagined. Our project is gorgeous and we are absolutely in love with how it turned out. The expectation and vision that we had for our patio was exceeded. Each concern was addressed personally by Tyler. Great customer service. He took the time to visit our site early in the project to make sure everyone was on the same page.
Excellent! I gave Bruce some high level ideas of what I'd like, and he turned around a fantastic backyard design that accommodated the constraints of our yard. Tyler executed perfectly and went above and beyond. He was friendly, professional and delivered exactly as promised. I'm most likely going to have them come out for some additional work later this spring. Overall an extremely positive experience with Oak Valley.
Bruce and Tyler designed and completed our awesome patio and outdoor kitchen project. We had a great feeling about the Oak Valley team from the very start of the process. Oak Valley has been a pleasure to work with! They helped design a beautiful retaining wall for the front of our house that is not only functional but also very visually appealing. The guys that came out everyday made a point to go above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect and to our liking!
