I had to visit the ER due to a laceration on my hand from a lake accident. They took great care of me and I didn't have to wait long to be seen. They explained everything well and answered any questions. The PA Ted, and Lisa did a great job stitching me up. They made sure I was comfortable the whole time. This was a great experience and I would be happy to be treated here again if it's ever needed.

My son was in the emergency room at this location when I came to try and see him the nurse came out straight face, no emotion, nothing, saying he’s an adult and just kept staring at me like she had nothing to say. Maybe she isn’t a mother or just have no feelings but it was weird and awkward no sympathy no no and no and no! I do not recommend this hospital and according to the reviews I’m correct!

Poor customers service, I was there for 8-10 hours for a swollen ankle all I wanted was for them to check it if it was broken and it took them that long. Waste of time and money, a lot of their staff members are really rude as well not to mention they don’t care about you. They just want your money

My gum feels infected and my neck is stiff and swollen. Told me it's probably a cavity without even looking and barely talked to me the whole time I tried explaining what I felt. Dismissive and entitled. I hope I die to this somehow so someone comes for this place.
