Keith and the Oak Trust Property Management team are a splendid group of individuals. Having had to communicate with numerous Property Managers on Disaster Plus jobs, I can safely say that Oak Trust has some of the best PMs. When you call their office you aren't forced to hold for an excruciating amount of time, but instead are always able to speak to one of their experienced PMs, who truly do care for their customers.
Hands down the best property management company I have ever worked with. They truly care about their properties and their owners. I would highly recommend them. So glad they now have an office in Mount Pleasant!
