My father and I first moved in back in 1993-1994. I moved out and he still lives there. Such a beautiful, peaceful environment. Christy is very understanding and the location among downtown is excellent. Absolutely love oak tree village.
Very quiet place to live. Lots of friendly neighbors.
Thankful for Oak Tree Village. It has provided a safe & friendly environment during trying & transitioning times. The location is great. Walking distance to downtown is full of cute shops & restaurants. Also, beautiful forest & trails leading to the Chippewa River right in the backyard. The current property manager, Christy, has been wonderful, kind & and caring. The maintenance crew have always been friendly, fast & efficient . Overall, a nice & affordable complex! Would definitely recommend.
