Would not wish this on my enemy So Oak Tree Realtors here in Medford is charging me $2080.00 because they claime I admited to be negligent with a toilet that did not stop running in the middle of the night, and because it flooded my apartment I am liable for all damages incured. Those that might not know my apartment has a door that separates the back half of my apartment from the front.
