I haven't rented a home from them, but have had my storage building with them for years. Chelsea is the best, always professional.
Owners are slum lords. They don't want to fix problems, rent out trailers that at falling apart, steal from their tenants, blame the tenants for all the problems and try to charge for fixing them, and they treat people like garbage.
