Trailer needed things done, Handy man came out 2-3 times and that was it. More things needed done but no one ever came and now my brand new trailer (when it was bought) needs new roof, the opening for French doors was too big and water has come in and ruined floors, trim work, etc.
Dennis at oak tree is awesome. Always there for help even years after purchasing my home from him.
This was our first look at walk ing thru some trailers . Looking for a suitable place for my father n law. Went on a Saturday although the hours closed at 2:00pm today.dennis met us at the lot and showed three of which all were very nice. First one we walked thru I liked.
