Paid to have a gun returned to seller because I discovered it was illegal in CA. Paid for second day delivery ($75=) and it took Oaktree 13 days to get it in the mail. What were they doing with that beautiful S&W 686 that it wasn't in the mail? Why wasn't it in the mail since I paid what they demanded? Shouldn't I get a 100% refund since they failed to send it back within the alloted time? Imagine it took 13 days after I handed them the $$ for them to have it returned, is this the right way to operate a business?
