No variety in shotgun stocks among rentals. Pump action was the only available option. Dismissive staff. Questionable safety protocols. Just not the best experience.

Absolutely horrible service and disrespect to customers. After been a member of the club for several years and spending hundreds of dollars at the club i was directly told by a staff member Rick that I'm the least desirable customer at the store just because last weekend i came only for a private party transaction. After waiting in line for 1.5 hours i was told to go back at the very end of the line and wait for everybody until I can have a private party transaction, and it's now the new way they do business.
