While my wife and I like the friendliness and professionalism of the staff at Oak Tree Dental, we found their practice to be too busy for its space. There is a lack of privacy in the exam rooms with a lot of congestion in the hallway and desk area, leading to high volume level which is compounded by the loud music. There is also a seeming over reliance on technology, which may be why being a patient there felt a little impersonal. I suffered a TBI with neurological Lyme disease for many years. I wasn’t able to withstand getting fillings. Lyme disease is very destructive to enamel and collagen so my teeth were quite the state. Almost on time appointment with efficient care and thorough cleaning today. Even had time for X-rays and the young dentist to check my teeth. A decent experience!!
I always have a great experience when I am here. The staff is amazing. Dr Gratis is very thorough and explains it all to you as he does the work. He has a calming presence which relaxes me. I have high anxiety going to any dentist. Here I am able to handle it better. Highly recommend Oak Tree Dental
