Jennifer comes off as a nice lady but she’s really crooked.. she takes advantage of foreigners and speaks to the maintenance men very bad. The apartments are outdated. They can never keep maintenance men hired. The plumbing is terrrible.
If you LOVE roaches in your kitchen, roaches in your pantry, roaches in your freezer, roaches in YOUR FOOD, leaking exhaust fans in your bathrooms from the tenants above spilling God knows what filth onto your toilet and bathroom floors. Maintenance men that enter your property without warning and just leave a note that they've been there. I have lived here for a few years. The manager always gets back to your inquiries by email in a reasonable amount of time, the maintenance guys live pretty close and in an emergency come pretty quick. I have had to call maintenance on three occasions and they fixed the problem, and were out of here. On one occasion I needed to call at 4:00am and I was surprised how quick the first guy got here.
