The manager is obtrusive and just plain nosey. There is a difference between being vigilant in order to manage a complex, it is another thing to place yourself in the business of your tenants who pay their rent on time, have been a long time resident, and upstanding citizens, yet those whom he befriends in the complex, do things that are less than reputable without harm. It is quite annoying and he is a borderline prowler. I wholeheartedly suggest you look for accomodations else where. Not worth the trouble!
Worst apartments! – Cascade Park Apartments are the worst apartments i have seen. My boyfriend and I recently cancelled our lease and Dana was awesome with setting up payment plans. But, today my boyfriend went to the apartment to get some last minute things that haven't been moved yet and found that his laptop was stollen, some of his belongings were thrown into black trash bags, a speaker box was torn apart and the other one missing.
