I’ve been a loyal customer of Oak Tree since their Montclair days. While the staff—especially the women who work there—are always lovely and do great work , the son who now runs the business doesn’t seem to understand how to manage it properly. I booked a reservation through ClassPass, which they’re registered with and ended up being charged twice. I went for the second time one lady was amazing with my pedicure. Then I had someone else for a gel manicure she cut me two times never said anything sorry blood was pouring for a long time . Very upset maybe not going back.
Been going here for 10+ years for mani and pedi. Maria, Betty, Liz, & Erica are all amazing. Recommend booking appt vs walk in.
