They will even if you have a health issue that you are having to get out of your lease you still get lease amount on your credit. Even when they immediately move someone else in. It's against the law. They also have an awful management company who doesnt make sure they take care of employees or the repairs on apt. I dont think owners are aware. I would love to speak to owners but of course noone can figure out who they are. They need to get a different company that is for the tenant and not themselves.
