RecommendedThe staff is very personable and most have been there for quite awhile. The nursing manager (Sarah) is proactive, always on top of everything and follows through with tasks. The maintenance employee (Luke) goes above and beyond to help residents and their family. The staff takes the time to get to know the residents and their family. I have worked with Jennifer Cox and the Oak Terrace team in Jordan on past referrals and very much enjoy collaborating with them. Jennifer is truly an asset to this Community and shows compassion to the residents and their families. I want to acknowledge Oak Terrace of Jordan for the caretaking of our mother who wanted to be in the location of where she grew up for being her final place of living out her life. Great place!! Always happy friendly staff, I love they have so many activities for my Grandma and keep the “guests” included in so many activities out side of the building as well!!
Great staff! Super friendly! Definitely recommend!
It's a very nice place with friendly help that took great care of my father. Many of them developed a bond with my dad and quite a few of them showed up at his funeral when he passed. They would sit with him at the dinner table to help feed him as well as socialize.
Such a fun place to work! I love seeing the residents always so happy!
I would recommend this place to anybody caring and very sensitive All of you people give this place a very warm welcome and it's just a great place to visit with the residents and the staff all of you are the best
