Izad and Clark County Realty Group is incredible! He took a chance on me to be a really good tenant, like I promised him I would be! Its been almost 2 years now! Love that he doesn't tie people down with contracts, and that it's month to month! He is the nicest guy, prompt to fix anything, and his properties are well maintained and so quiet! Applied here because my current housing has mold. Even though I income qualify ( they ask that you make 3 times the rent AFTER taxes) because I have 3 jobs, I was not approved. The "Property Manager" says that the reason I wasn't approved was because i was only at my current residence for 4 month ( AGAIN, I am moving because of mold!) and one of my jobs i have only had for 2 months. My other 2 jobs i have had for over a year. He told me, a pregnant woman, that i should stay in my current house ( That is again covered in mold... read more
I moved my daughter and son in law there. They really like the place and and found it a great place to leave. The place is in great shape . It is an excellent community, quiet with excellent management. units are well maintained and easy to take care of. Rents are very reasonable for the area with responsive maintenance team.
