Ever since the owner of Oak Terrace changed from Biggs to MiddleTown Property Group everything has gone downhill. I have possible mold issues from May of last year that hasn't been dealt with, they rose rent, I have gone 4 weeks without hot water, they do not communicate, and their lease contract is a "How much money can we make off of our tenants so they can't move" - What a terrible thing for the owner to do.
