Awesome place to call home!! Brenda and Dennis, the property owners, do everything they can to accommodate you! Apartments are clean and well kept. The grounds are always blooming with flowers and green grass. You get the luxury of a pool and lounge room without leaving! They are always working from trimming trees, replacing depreciated porches and anything in between! I made the right choice picking Oak Terrace to call home!!
I have lived here for about 6 months and it is the best place I've lived in Valdosta. The grounds are beautiful and so well maintained by Brenda and her husband! They decorate for every holiday and include the residents in gifts and even gave out brownies for Valentine's Day! Love this apartment complex and those who work here!
I would not live any where else the staff and Mrs Brenda is like family the pool and the gym is really nice the spring is here and flower beds are going up I'm a huge flower person as my back yard has turned into my own retreat
I love my little neighborhood at Oak Terrace! I have lived here for almost 2 years.
The apartment grounds look very nice, especially the pool area. Management is also great which is a big plus!
