Oak terrace apartment is great place to live with great office Management
Horrible HORRIBLE management!!!! They have a September move in special where you pay the deposit and the first months rent is free! Of course we were sold on that but upon getting things finalized, we had to pay and EXTRA $400 just cause there “back office” requested it. No where does it say on the contract of hidden fees, never mentioned having to possibly pay an extra $400 or even a back office bullshit. THEN when we asked to speak to the manager or owner WE WERE TOLD TO FIND HIS NUMBER ON GOOGLE!! So they don’t have there... read more
