Decent sized rooms, living space and very large amount of storage but a very small kitchen. Friendly and professional staff, maintenance are quick to respond and plenty of grassy areas for the kids to play in. I love the new website that tells you when your laundry is done and what washer and dryers are available! It's right off the highway I-10 so the commute is easy. They have amazing storage spaces as well as very spacious floor plans! It is a small community where the staff can get to knows the residents very well!
not the best apts...i found patched walls that were patched with paper towels and caulking...what the heck...even i know how to fix a hole in the wall. also before they layed out the carpet...they didnt sweep so there was a rock under it and i kept stepping on it. plus the windows were full of mold and they would paint over everything rather than clean it.
