Oak Street Villas. What a great spot, tucked right next to Amityville's Main Street. I've been living here for going on 7 years and I couldn't imagine living anywhere else. When people ask me if I like it here - I always tell them I got super lucky landing an apartment in this villa. The apartments are spacious, clean, modern, and managed by some really nice people. My husband and I rented a first floor apartment for almost 6 years. We were one of the first people to move in when the property opened. The management is dismissive and inconsistent if there are ever any issues. The move out process was ridiculous. They gave us $175 back from our security deposit with no itemized list of the cost they claimed were needed. We left the apartment in great condition minus some wall touch ups from photos. I attempted to call multiple times to discuss the itemized list and I never received a call... read more
Ive been living at oak st villas from day one. The complex is great and centralized to everything you need. Working with staff over the years has been a pleasure. I have no complaints. Susan and james couldnt be more helpful friendly and accommodating!!!!
