I recently applied for a different apartment and found out we were denied due to a "tenant/utility" debt on my credit report. It turns out that it was from Oak St. Station?? In my personal experience it was the best apartment I’ve ever experienced!! I don’t live here anymore, but when I use to it was awesome. The moment I put in a service request wether I’m home or not they’ll go in & take care of my problem without hesitation! The woman who maintains the cleaning in the lobbies does a killer job & she’s so nice & would always says hi to me! Firstly, I'm not using my real name as I've been living here a few years and my lease isn't up yet, management is definitely the type to mess with your living situation based on a bad review. I highly recommend staying far away from Oak St Station aparments, the area is terrible and homeless people break into the common areas all the time, in fact, our car was stolen during the first year of living here from INSIDE the gated parking lot we spend $70 a month for, management took zero responsibility for the theft despite charg... read more
We wanted to live here for a while before leaving a review. From our experience, Oak Street Station has been a very nice place to live. There is a train line across the street that we love. Some of the apartment designs are unique, and our price wasn't too bad for Greystar. Our complaints would be that they need to hire a larger maintenance team.
