Oak Street Properties made the selling easy. I felt like we were a team . The sale went so smooth I would recommend them to everyone who wants a quick and easy sale. Our property had been in our family for 62 years and so this was an emotional sale too. But they did what they could to help.
Oak street properties was awesome, I signed contract on 26th, house sold on 23rd of the next month, it was seamless & easy in addition to quick from Andy to Jada the entire staff was wonderful & of course very professional & caring, I highly recommend them.
My experience with Oak Street properties was nothing but positive. From the initial meet up to closing, my experience with them was smooth. Also the offer they made was very competitive, no bs or anything. Great company to do business with.
What a wonderful company to work with, The staff are amazing, Thank you so much for your Kindness
I unfortunately didn't have a positive experience with the sale of my house. I had contract that the buyer just stopped paying on and no final payment has been made. Feel like my house was stolen
