Oak street properties was awesome, I signed contract on 26th, house sold on 23rd of the next month, it was seamless & easy in addition to quick from Andy to Jada the entire staff was wonderful & of course very professional & caring, I highly recommend them.

I unfortunately didn't have a positive experience with the sale of my house. I had contract that the buyer just stopped paying on and no final payment has been made. Feel like my house was stolen
