Saggy mattress, stained carpet, no elevator or staff to help with bags. Chipped glass mugs in room, dirty Keurig with green and brown flecks in water container. Very gross! Room was warm, and fan in closet sounded like it was going to explode when I plugged in. Spoke with other guests that had chipped glass mugs also. Glad I didn't cut my lips, look before you use! Location was excellent, art gallery was limited to one artist. But house was charming inside. Exterior had moldy cushions, and looked in need of TLC
Simply wonderful hotel. Ideally located just a block from the Nelson-Atkins Museum and a short walk to the downtown plaza or Westport bars and restaurants. Highly recommended!
Perfect location to walk out and about. Enjoyed our getaway in the city. The balcony was great and the property is well maintained.
The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The house was very quiet and well kept. Easy parking in the drive. We were close to all of the events that we went to see. Very good location for a stay in Kansas City. I would definitely stay here again.
I had a wonderful stay here! They were so accommodating and the room was pristine. Thank you!
