Today was my very first visit. It turn out to be a great one. Starting from the checking in. Than I went to different stations for different things. Every place I was directed to go by staff were very nice and professional.The set up in the waiting area was nice,peaceful and comfortable to sit as you waited to see your provider. Staff excellent service and care.
I love this doctor's office for my mom! Everyone is so kind and patient-focused. The facility itself is immaculate and super clean. They also have activities for their patients to engage in.
My first visit at Oak Street Health West Fayetteville was great. Very friendly staff and very clean. I have a team who will help me manage my care. Do I sound excited? I am. Previous providers with almost solid 5 star rankings were so disappointing. I had to find something much better. I did.
