Friendly staff, very attentive to my care
Overall, I had a #Gr8 Experience, at Oak Health..!! I LOVE the Atmosphere, Cleanliness, and Very Welcoming Staff ( Kenya, Shae) & the evironment..!! Dr., Reid is Awesome and Very thorough..!!! Shawn (transportation is Awesome, as well. VERY SATISFIED...!!!

The staff was exceptional. Dr Wenda Mccutchan was not. First time seeing her Jan 5, 2026 was not impressed with bed side manner or professionalism. Second visit after lab results she was not concerned about my dehydration as a diabetic. Two weeks after visit with her ended up at Urgent care and a week later in Cape Fear emergency room. There is no direct line to this facility. All calls go through call center that is not on sight. Couldn't even get follow up appointment until a month later for Urgent Care visit but by that t... read more
