My visits have always been pleasant from beginning to end. From the moment I arrive, the front desk staff receives me with a warm welcome and a friendly smile while verifying demographics and checking me for my appointment. You must have the wrong person I have never been to the Oak Street Health West Fayetteville Primary Care center
I’ll give Oak Street Health a 2-Star rating because it’s very clean, and they always answer the phone. But I can’t go higher. After collecting labs for my very first appointment, they called me between that and the appointment that followed to say it was postponed. They promised to call when they had a date, and never did. I was able to call them (because they always answer) after about a week and schedule that follow-up visit. Most recently I called with an urgent issue where a Primary Care Doctor would have sufficed.
