Everyone there was very concerned about my problems.
I took my mother-in-law to the clinic on 1Jun 26 to pick up at letter from her PCP Dr. Ash. We were informed that it would be ready for pick up same time on 2 Jun 26. We arrived and the letter was not ready and after 45 minutes we were informed that it was being worked on. My point in making this review is that patients need proper care and timely care my mother-in-law has been working on trying to get this letter for over a week so they have to wait even a long period of time was very frustrating for her.
