Great doctors everything else needs to be trained or just fired an replaced with people who can do the job supposed to do doctors all do great you'll play hell with getting their care team to do anything the doctors order If your not a 100 or older your not human an dont deserves treatment in oakstreet health so I guess I should call up God an tell him he made a mistake im not old enough to be this sick an he'll just reverse it right I didn't know sickness had a age limit
1st visit was great and things went significantly downhill FAST after that from staff yelling at me over the phone after I repeatedly asked her to "please don't yell, I can hear you" which she ignored stating "I'm trying to understand" to HIPPA violations. AARP definitely made a mistake. In theory it's great but in application and implementation they fail miserably.
only takes patients with Medicare and Medicaid if you do not have both plans they will not have anything to do with you. Medicaid alone does not pay enough to get care anywhere for anyone.
