I am usually very pleased with Oak Street Health, however. I take pramipexole for rls every night. CVS has been trying to get an ok for a refill but no one has gotten back with them. When I called it was after 5:00 so was told no one would action until tomorrow. I have not slept in 3 nights and tonight will be 4. I can’t believe your organization does not have someone who can ok a refill after hours. I am very upset. What happened?
