Not much to talk about. 1st visit is only for release of information, signing paperwork etc. To early to express a opinion.
Yesterday when I was leaving the clinic, one of Dr. Ellis’s assistants made an inappropriate comment about Dr. Ellis’s butt, which Dr. Ellis responded to unprofessionally by laughing and making a sexually inappropriate comment back. This is disappointing behavior for a healthcare setting, especially from a doctor representing CVS and Oak Street Health. I’ve had prior uncomfortable encounters with this same assistant — she once asked me to buy her baby a gift when she was pregnant and twice asked me to buy her food. My sister... read more
I had my reservations because it's in a shopping center type environment, but once inside I was very impressed by how modern and clean the place is. Smells clean and fresh, and the staff is very friendly and personable. This was my first visit and so far so good. Once inside you forget that you're in a shopping area. Very, very nice
