My mother who is in her 90s has been using Oak Street Health since moving here 6 months ago. (I typically bring her) and have been very happy with the practice. Her provider (Chantelle Shipp) is amazingly patient, thorough and always takes the time to talk to my mom as a person. She really cares about the well being of her patients, both medically and emotionally. The practice has been wonderfully helpful, getting her meds on mailorder, making my life easier. Dr Frank and her teams are thorough and personable. The facility provides great service but also a comfort and thoughtfulness of those that have mobility issues.
I like the concept of Oak Street Health in Sun City. I can spend time with my doctor talking about things I'm concerned about. I'm never rushed. Dr Karen Frank-Connelly is very thorough and truly cares about her patients.
After 15 years with the same primary care provider, it was scary to think at 66 years old that I had to see someone new. Oak Street Health goes above and beyond to help you with new diagnosis, ongoing health issues & Any concerns you may have. Oak Street Healthsincerely, has your best interest & well-being at the forefront of every appointment I couldn’t be happier that I found them.
Appointment was not rushed. Felt very comfortable with the conversation. All issues were addressed. Made to feel ery comfortable.
