In all of my care and treatment at Oak Street, I have no complaints. I appreciate the courtesy and the lack of rush rush, and I appreciate not having to wait so long as I have in the past with other doctors and Clinics. One of the important things is that they listen. As an elderly patient I have no complaints about their service at Oak Street
My doctor and nurses are awesome. The only reason it is not 5 Star is that the call center to get an appointment is terrible.
