I love Oak Street Health! Everyone there is very kind, understanding and patient. My practitioner understands me as an individual with individual needs. She respects my experience with my body and guides me with her medical experience. I feel safe and cared for. And as I don't drive or have a car I am picked up and taken home in an Oak Street van with caring and excellent drivers. Oak Street Health is the best medical center for the elderly!!
The place was very clean staff is phenomenal. Dr. Smock listens,educates and is very knowledgeable and professional love this place !
Told would be able to get home health visits after going to the office for the initial visit, & than they say oh no we don't do that!! All you're doing is setting people up with lies to get them in, & than telling them totally different!! Your business is an embarrassment to Healthcare offices!!
