When I first started going it was great but over time they keep changing my doctor's sending my transportation to the wrong address as well as asking me about my chart something they should already know about!!! Just yesterday they called me about an echocardiogram who h I had already did at my last visit!!!!! I had to call them back to let them know that!!!!! Very bad at orders as well I had a order for a mammogram 2 year ago it took them a month to even get the order right I am very disappointed
I have had several good doctors. But they leave. Now I am stuck with an uncaring person that is also rude. After falling on my tailbone I tried to get appointment and I asked if they could x-ray. I was told I did not need an x-ray and call back in a week. My pain was terrible so I went to an urgent care facility. They took x-ray and determined I had fractured my tailbone. I am always treated with respect. The staff is very professional.
I not sure at this time how I really feel about Oak Street Health Its hard for me to get answer no report on me lab work, Not sure who's my doctor just need answers as for as staff. Very kind, as for as the center has everything to offer Seniors
