This doctor has had my mom waiting for an hour inside this room and still she never came like where is the professionalism like really this is wack
Oak Street commercials are not accurate. No communication from office for 2 weeks after complaints made of possible heart issues. No EKG done labs were drawn but I have not been given results although follow up visit is 2 more weeks away. No callback with Cardiology referral even after I called Oak Street twice. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO OAK STREET!
Oak Street Health is a fantastic place if you are experiencing health problems. The staff is extremely friendly. And, if you're eligible, they provide free transportation. The doctors are top-notch. Doctor Danna Zevi is a gem. Never hurried and easy to talk to. Their should be much more doctors like her. Oak Street health, a real diamond.
