Very friendly and professional staff. Dr May Soong is knowledgeable, thorough, and empathetic. You know and feel that she cares. Highly recommended.
I called in a prescription a week and a half in advance just to give them time to complete it. I called the day before I had my last pill to see the status of that prescription and the girl told me the wrong prescription had been submitted to my care team, so she took the name of the actual prescription and did a submit again, she said give them 24 hours and it will be at the Walmart. Maddie and her staff are great. They are really into preventative medicine. We talk openly, when I am there. And Maddie recommendations for prescriptions have gotten my A1C down tremendously. And her an staff are very thorough, and I can call or stop by anytime if I ever have any questions. Best physician I ve ever worked with. I recommend them frequently !!
