Do NOT go here if you want real medical care! Since Dr. Papadolis left, no one in this office cares about medical problems or patients a a person! As a physician myself and trying to get basic care for my mother, it's like pulling teeth to get anyone to answer the phone, let alone make an appointment or call back. There is NO DOCTOR at this location!
I didn't quite know what to expect from my first visit, more like a meet and greet, it was WONDERFUL!!! I will be having a new primary care physician after seeing the same doctor for almost seven years!!! I think that they are getting it right for all of us more mature adults that are in their second acts!!! I look forward to a long and healthy relationship at Oak Street Health.
